Our extended family from Austin, Texas, spent
a wonderful two weeks in your villa. It is
beautiful and indeed relaxing and serene.
We loved the house, but especially loved
eating outdoors and beeing in the pool and
hot tub. Anything to enjoy the wonderful
wiew and scenery. It was wonderful to hear

We have truly been blessed by your Villa.
It is a beautiful tuscan home.
We felt completely relaxed here.
The many trips into Firenze were busy and fun.
The most enjoyable part of those days was coming
home to relax. Our five children found it to be gratly
entertaining with the swimming pool, hot tub,
ping pong table and scooter.
I appreciate the availability of the wasching machine.
Silvio was so much help tu us. We needed a few things
from an automotive store.
He was happy to pick them up for us.
There is so much to be said about these accomodations.
Our daughter Chloe (7 years) has decided that
she will bring her children here when she is older.
We hope that she’ll invite us, too.

It's hard to know where to start when describing this villa. I suppose I could start with the location: on a hill top with vineyards on all sides. Idyllic. Sitting by the pool at any time of day is a sensory smorgasbord of gentle breezes, wind in the trees, swallows dipping to catch a drink, warm sun, and a vista of green rolling hills that seems to change with each hour of the day. Inside the rooms are spacious and cool, even in the hottest day. It has everything you could possibly want, from a pool and hot tub, to a complete gym (even a ping pong table!). Equally convenient to Florence, Pisa, and Sienna, with the charming town of Montespertoli (Machiavelli's home town) just 5 minutes away. The owners Silvio and his wife Paula, are warm, gracious, and incredibly helpful. (Silvio speaks perfect English.) Our family would highly recommend this villa!

Dear Silvio, we are now back in the wet U.K. and missing the better weather of southern Europe. This is just a short note to thank you for our wonderful stay in your villa. You make a great host - our duet of "My Way" and the burnt toast event remain in our memories!!! We intend to return to Tuscany within a year or two and hope that we can meet again. If ever you need a reference, please do not hesitate to ask - our stay at Casa Serena was certainly one of the highlights of our 3 months tour.

"La villa est magnifique et spacieuse,située à la campagne près du village de Montespertoli. Le propriétaire et son épouse furent des plus coopératifs à notre égard.Il y a un très bon restaurant à 300m de la villa qui peut servir de traiteur.Nous étions à courte distance de Florence et plusieurs autres villes intéressantes à visiter.
